The Race reconvenes & the legend of J gold.

In one of my first posts in the blog i spoke of a race between me and this muppet called J gold1, maybe u've played with him before and remember being threatened by him after beating him out in a big pot..maybe he said his pattened " your lucky I dont know where u live" line. Anyways going along with the theme of this blog that race didnt happen..along with all my other challenges and crazy ideas..If u havent noticed yet BoBByBadfingers= massive ADHD problem.. I dont know really remember what Happened I think he said he was scared or something so we ended up not doing it.( im joking we both just has massive ADHD and never follow thru with anything). But the race is back on now, we each start with 1200$ on FT and play .5/1 6 man or 9 man NLHE tables, no HU. And the first one to 3k wins, I took and early but often lead yesterday in little session. J gold had some KK vs AA unfortunate luck and is stuck a couple hundred i believe and i played a few hundred hands and won like 143$. Now were not 100% clear on what the winner will get but I think i remember it being something like 50$ and some sort of humiliation on my blog?? It's mostly pride, and I feel bad that im going to have to take that from him. Because if he thinks he actually has a chance of beating me he is soooooo very.. ....
Now since my last post i havent played a huge amount, I still havent put in a real session in way too long. I really dont know what problem is im just so indecisive on what i wanna play. One sec I wanna play HU cash, then i wanna play a big MTT, then iwanna do a bunch of tables of 6 max, then iwanna play a bunch of HU sngos.. The one thing that has been a constant lately is me crushing the HU NLHE at the .5/1 and 1/2 limits. Right now at the .5/1 HU level in the last 4k hands I am at 29.63BB/100 hands and up 21 buyins, (this is in last 6 days), and at the 1/2 NLHE HU level in only 400 hands i have a 62.16BB/100hands and up about 5 buy ins. And at the 2/4 level i am down 350$ after like 200 hands.. I need to quit playing that level for time being, not because i think the players are that much better just because varience can be pretty bad at HU and im not realy for 2/4 yet.. Anyways I know this isnt even close to enough hands to really get an idea at what i could make playing HU at these level. But its a good start anyway...
This challenege is going to be good for me, I never really played 6max as low as .5/1, but since my month "break" (basically when I didnt get the chance to play much when i made the move out to LV). Since then my 6max game has been a little rusty, so this challenege win or lose I'm hoping succeeds in gettin rust off my 6 max play...Now before i end this blog i gotta tell a little story about what i witnessed on thursday night. Me and this J gold 1 fellow were both playing HU .5/1 on FT and on AIM discussing hands and what not. And during this Jgold1 was just getting killed by this guy( i dont remember name), he was just one of those calling station guys u jsut cant beat someotimes at HU and its soo annoying, anyways jgold steams off like 250$ i think it was to this gu yat HU .5/1. Then i search him and he's playing HU 2/4 and the very first thing i saw was a 650$ pot where J gold had QQ and flop was like 952 and Jgold shoved and got called by A10?!?!? and the guy rivered an A.... OUCH!!. anyways i guess another gay hand came about and J gold was down like 500 i think just to that guy plus the 250-300 he was down to the other guy,. Then i see him leave, i search him again and this time hes playing 5/10hu with his whole bankroll!?! with 1k, and at first when i search him hes hitting some hands and was up like 4-500 on this guy, the guy raises, j gold repops to 90 the guy calls, flop is K96 j gokld checks other guy checks turn is like a 2 , j gold bets out 125 and the donk moves in on him for like 400 and j gold calls with AK and the donk has Q10?? anyway river J, ahhh how sick.. anyways j gold ended up stacking the guy like the next hand with AA in like a 2k pot and after all that mess starting with the guy at .5/1 that got him on steam he ended up winning a couple hundred i think. lol good stufff, for a guy like me and alot of others that i know, who are tightasses with their bankrolls , this is a refreshing story, someone who is just straight gamblin.. Anyways j gold got his shoutout in this soon to be insanely popular blog, his life is complete now...muhahahaha..this thing has gotten to long, its saturdaay morning and im about to put in a big session hopefully... heres your poker quote for the day...
